WHY SHOULD YOU LISTEN TO ME?

I created this course for you because I know what it’s like to run a creative business whilst struggling with burnout. As a former illustrator and stationery designer, I know what it’s like to be so physically, mentally, emotionally and creatively exhausted that you can’t even enjoy the life and success you’ve worked so hard to create. I know the pain of being so overwhelmed with stress, anxiety and depression that you completely lose your passion for the work you love so deeply.

Today, I’m living with more energy, joy and calm than I’ve ever had in my life thanks to the help of the coaches I worked with. I now have some powerful self-care habits that keep my energy high, my brain healthy, my mood stable, my mind at peace and my heart content.

I trained as a Health & Fitness Coach, Meditation Teacher and Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner to help creative women struggling with burnout do the same. It’s my mission to help creative women to live boldly, love themselves fiercely and care for themselves radically – because every woman deserves to feel happy, radiantly healthy and full of energy doing what she loves.
